"Contractor relied almost solely on sub-contractors some good some not so good. Constantly had to monitor work for quality with follow up by contractor slow and frustrating. Contractor always wanted to do it his way not necessarily what you wanted. Terribly frustrating and at end of job 13000.00 over price per contract. Never will use this contractor again"

"If you're looking for a contractor - call Stephen Carlson with MS Coastal Contracting. We needed a contractor for our vacation home and were hesitant because we thought it would be difficult managing a bathroom remodel from out-of-state plus we never dealt with contractors before. Luckily we found Stephen who was incredibly responsive to texts, emails and phone calls. Again, managing from out-of-state can be a bit challenging, but he made it easy.
