"While shopping for my new home I came across IKON Homes here and there. The quality of the homes were always a cut above the rest of the builders in every neighborhood I shopped. When I asked other builders about some of the characteristics that their properties did not have that IKON did, their price was astronomical. Even though IKON homes were a little higher in price than the more basic builders their overall pricing was much better with the upgraded features... and I shopped the same features with a number of builders to come across this observation.
