"I'm a competitor from an East Coast school that recently moved to the Gulf Coast area. I visited the Gracie Gulf Coast for the first time today and had a great time! The gym was neat, clean and had a warm atmosphere. Jay was extremely welcoming and friendly. His technique on the mats was amazing-- flawless and relaxed. "It’s smaller than most but it’s an amazing school with an outstanding and unique teacher who knows what he’s talking about! It’s a friendly, well kept, safe, and sanitary environment with well tailored aesthetic. The students under Jay (the instructor)are definitely learning what’s being taught, and truly learning how to apply that knowledge unlike most other schools. Everyone is very welcoming to new people, some more cordial than others, yet every one of them is willing to help you start or continue your path in the jiu jitsu!"
