"Party City in Mandeville is understaffed and on each visit it seems like everyone got the same idea at once to visit the store. It’s more practical (especially for balloon orders) to do them online at the store location and place your order for pickup or delivery."

"Shelves were lacking.. looked like they were going out of business... The customer service was the only thing good."

"The associate was not helpful. I asked for a particular item by the SKU number which showed in stock. She just pointed to the back of the store and said it would be on the back wall. The back wall is big and after searching the shelves and comparing the SKU number I had with the same number on the shelf it was not even close to what was online. She was gone when I got back up front and the new cashier had no idea what to do. I don't blame him. He was stuck behind a register to check people out."

"The staff was very professional, patient, and helpful. So many costumes, decorations, and accessories to choose from. I was very excited because they had so many Egyptian items and I am obsessed with Egypt. Prices were not bad either. Great store, can get everything you need for Halloween."
