"Visited your local flea market this weekend. I was appalled. It was like I entered a third world country. Animal cruelty at its finest. Livestock dogs cat all crammed in filthy cages. Dirty or no water. Some in dire need of vet care. Out in the cold and rain. This place should be shut down and the city should be embarrassed."
