The table was set in a welcoming facility with high end professional equipment, bountiful paired beverages, and an attentive chef and staff that catered to each individuals’ questions, skills and participation level. The chef shared tricks of the trade in the preparations of oysters, sweet potatoes, Mahi, apple pie and all of the sauces, species and techniques to deliver the excellent meal and set the foundation for creating memorable meals at home . Well done! Looking forward to a future class on pasta making."
