"Please fire Felicia Snow and Fifi Walls they harrass me since I moved in my place in May 2021 they took it far as framing me of renting my place out to air bnb like I'm that stupid enough to do that and the city of Biloxi building inspector Fredrick Mannino proved my innocence and gave me a reference number for confirmation that the case is over next thing I know 3 days later Fredrick sends sheriff to my door with court papers with 4 big charges on them after I proved my innocent and he kept telling Felicia snow what to do because of course she made Fredrick do this to me and she was throwing rocks and hiding her hands in this situation because she sought all of it up just to get me put out my place illegally and she was refusing to respond and when the court day came i went in court and notice I didn't see not one of them there so when the judge called me to the stand she said they throw the case out which show they was guilty of framing me and know i was gonna win the case very evil people Biloxi housing need a thorough investigation because they are some of the most rotten hearted people i ever met in my entire life which drove me into a mental state as of now because they harrasing me so much and won't leave me tf alone damn!!!!"

"I had bedbugs infested in my Apt and were also on other floors in the complex at seashore oaks. I was given a notice to get rid of bedbugs (that were already there before I moved in), and if I didn't clean the Apt according to the rules on paper I would be evicted. Got rid of all furniture and move out for 5 days to wait for the pest control guy to spray my Apt. Still had bedbugs infested after he sprayed. Slept in TV room on and off until he sprayed again. Still found bedbugs.. I have since moved out. If I had known about the bedbugs in the complex I moved into I would have never moved in. Some residents have nasty cluttered rooms. Worst place I have ever lived. Pictures are of bedbugs from my apt. A couple stayed alive for a few weeks in sealed bag. The residents were aware of bedbug infestation before I moved in."

"Every neighborhood this company takes over goes down hill quick. Good example is Pelican Landing. Neighborhood was great, didn't have a lot of drama. As soon as BHA took over, shootings, robberies, and even home invasions became more and more common."

"My son lives in the housing and a neighbor kid and his friend were on the shared front porch. A gun shot went off. My son went to his front door and recorded the second shot. The neighbors friend had shot and grazed his head not two feet from where my son was inside behind the door. Police arrived and after investigation found the shooter was a felon. They found the gun in the neighbors house. These people are still living in Biloxi housing. Next to my son. Why are they still there? *Update*. They have evicted them! Took awhile but they have taken care of the problem!"

"The place is horrible. I was living in Bayview Place quite a while ago. On Braun Street I had no problems or complaints but when I refuse to be a "SNITCH" that's when my problems got worst. Living in BHA growing up I was labeled a "THUG" by housing security because of who I associated with. I moved from Moss Point to Biloxi. I knew nothing about public housing because I was a child. Anyway I ended up getting section 8 and the housing property manager Sharon Ray told me I would have to move out my unit on Braun Street and moved me around the corner to Splendor Street. That didn't sit right with me considering the fact my neighbor had section 8 and wasn't told to move or anything. Moving on Splendor Street the police constantly sat and watched my house as if they were told to. I cut off contact with neighbors and friends because I received complaints about things that I couldn't have done because I spent weeks at a time at my mom house and cousin house. My visitor gets me evicted and he barred from the property by housing security Monty Livingston. The same visitor was allowed to stay with another tenant and was seen at this tenant house but no actions or consequences were ever taken against him for trespassing on the property nor the tenant never got in trouble for him being there. The same housing security guard or whatever you want to call him harassed me as a teenager and as an adult. There is no need to file a complaint because no one will ever respond to it. Sharon Ray will lie and not stand her word of anything she says. I've been called out my name several times by housing security but they don't care. I'm nothing but the low life trash that live off the government let Me. Livingston tell it. He will degrade you and talk to you like trash."
