"This is my first year at northwest and i have learned a lot of things and students are bad at times but teachers put them in check being in 6th grade fill like you are in a whole new learning process than regular jps schools"

"Northwest is an amazing school. We have our times and moments were we may get out of line but what child doesn't. We are taught to achieve greatness and be who we are. Northwest guides us in an academic way and and emotional way. At northwest the teachers really care about us. We don't do the stuff that people try to make us look bad for. If you have a child and you are thinking about putting them in IB, just do it. In the end it will be worth it. Northwest prepares you for High School where as many schools and the way children are taught doesn't teach us the ways of life. We are army academic strong. Join the WOLVERINES... We stick together because we are a TEAM..."

"northwest may not be the best school in the universe but it is in the diccussion. we might have a couple of rough edges but thats what life is about. fixing your problems so when you are older you wont make the same mistakes. even if the problems we have get out of control. we have a couple of teacher s that know how to put a student in check. oh, by the way we have been an A school for 3 years and counting. this is my reflection on northwest after my second year beaing hear"

"This is the best middle school ever! I will be greatly saddened when my son leaves this school. It has the most wonderful experience ever! I greatly appreciate all the people who have played a hand in his education from 6th thru 8th grade. I am not sure what school the first reviewer was speaking of but it is surely the wrong school. I am up there often unannounced and I have never seen that type of behavior. Besides, not just any child can attend this school, they must test into the IB program. The principal keeps this school well under control and she is always accessible to parents and students."
