"i have tried to contact you without any success. I'm a Riverside parent of a senior and 2nd grader. I paid for senior portraits and for 2nd grade pics. All I want are the pictures or my money back. These pictres were done in September or October. It is now February 2024."
"Still have yet to receive my daughter's Senior pictures she took for Graduation. I paid almost $400 for them. These are moments than can never be redone in our child's lives, so at least give us answers on what is going on. My child's school still hasn't received hlf the pictures during the year, including prom. Can't get a call through, voucemail dont work, and when they finally do answer emails its very short answers that are seen to be the same excuse every time. Someone can at least call me and give me the truth."
"I placed my daughters senior picture order over a year ago and still have not received her pictures. I contacted them in March of 2023 and they asked what my order number was, which I provided. I still have not received my daughters high school senior pictures and she is now going into her sophomore year of college. If I could give them no stars I would. This is absurd! I paid good money for these pictures!!"
"They don't answer phone calls, text messages or emails. Been trying to contact them for months about senior portraits. June 7, 2023 and I'm still waiting on those senior portraits! They responded to my last review with an email and stated they would be happy to send the portraits. They stated they were mailed on May 17, 2023 by USPS. I keep asking for a tracking number and they are back to NOT RESPONDING!"
"I ordered my daughters senior pictures back in October 2022 and I still have not received them as of today. I’ve made several attempts to contact them via phone and email. Voicemail has been disconnected and they only responded to one email out of many back in March saying they will contact me the following day which was on March 7th. If I could give them a minus zero I would."
