"They don’t pay what the policy says is covered, even if you go to a doctor in network. If you happen to meet your out of pocket max, they go back 6 months and reverse claims they have already paid so you end up paying even more. They shouldn’t even be allowed to be in business."

"Terrible. The helpline is never helpful (even if you can get someone on the phone). Most of the primary care providers assigned to me so far no longer work for the place Molina said - they literally cannot find a primary care for me. They also no longer cover ANY infusion centers ANYWHERE. I pray there will be a class action lawsuit against this awful company. I'm paying a fortune to have my healthcare denied. I'm already out 8K+ this year."

"I can't believe all of these negative reviews... Then again I can. You will find this with almost any insurance provider anywhere (largely) simply for the fact that no one really goes out of there way to leave good reviews for insurance providers when they have a good experience. Think about it, have you done this? I haven't until now and that's just because I'm seeing this rating and I KNOW Molina worked awesome for me all of last year. I think a large part of the problem is people also don't understand their insurance plans. STAY in network or they (as an HMO) are not obligated to pay anything. I'm an insurance agent myself and I have written MANY Molina plans and they have worked wonderfully for my clients. No I am not just partial to Molina as I work with all of the major providers. "The most horrible experience I have ever had. Received email saying i didn't pay my premium and my insurance was canceled. I paid my premium and had to send them a record of it. Still no response after waiting multiple days. Waiting hours to talk and get no one. The website won't let me make a payment because they removed me. Still not resolved. This has to be worst experience not just with insurance but with any company I have ever delt with. Yea is through Obama care. The entire management should be fired.l Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. service."
