"First, this should really be a 1-Star rating. However, I am trying to not let Ms. Chong's actions since then, "cloud" the actual Realtor performance. ***Renaming*** - instead of "Power Smart" it should be "Power Trip Dummies / Antiquated" Realty. We are in America, yet Ms. Chong agrees with Suppression of Freedom of Speech (or typewritten) words in our sub-division. This isn't really about Greg, her prior Navy Enlisted Husband, but he has lacked respect towards me, someone who out-performed him in the past, in a sister Service branch of the renowned U.S. Military. I do not care that he can sell a house, I do care, however, that he used to have to show 'my types' some respect (indoors and outdoors). Ms. Chong was a subpar Realtor. She would not divulge the "Sold" picture to us that I requested more than once. I assume she got a lofty Commission from the sale of our home, yet she has treated Mrs. West and I like utter garbage. No where, that I'm aware of, does a house/home be Closed upon, and then ~5 days later, the new Owners (with Mortgage) finally get Keys and/or access to the structure/property. Ms. Chong treated us, who I out Academic/Aviation/Communication ability/Charisma/Lead her, like utter Children and from 'day one' was Biased to the Sellers whom which she was very chummy."
