"Worst place I ever stayed. Stayed in apartment 2 year’s with bathroom flooding from top. Got pictures. Wall was black then when they finally Identified it they had the nerve to give me a notice. Bathroom was like that 2 year’s. They must got government income and started bulling residents. We could’ve been exposed to black mold. I got 5 kid’s and management should’ve addressed the issue. Providence Pointe sucks. Management talks to kids not adults."

"Management is great, but it is getting to a point in which I have to get a hotel room just to get a decent night's rest. I've tried complaining about my neighbors and they are quiet for a day or two before letting their kids run up and down all night, stomping loudly. It's currently almost 2 am as I'm writing this since I can sleep due to the noise. I like living here but I'm losing sleep to the point that it is affecting my health. All I can say is... if you are considering living here, you should try to get an apartment on the third floor. Otherwise you will most likely deal with inconsiderate, noisy neighbors."

"Looks nice on the outside but tenant complaints are high. They have numerous issues with a backlog of appliance, heating and insect issues. Not to mention they raise the lease amount yearly to drive tenants out so they can keep the deposit and get a new deposit from New tenants. Horrible place to visit...I feel sorry for the tenants that are bound by the lease agreement. Even though management doesn't follow the agreement by correcting the issues."

"I asked if I CLD give them a $35.00 fee and was told nothing available or no waiting list. This is ludicrous ~ who operates like this. ~ is ~ Bridgewater Apts Mngmt What did you do to some level of reporting me to a random backgrounds check specifically by property management, L & C ~ both of you knew I owed nothing at anytime. But" My leasenwld not he renewed on or around Aug & Sept 2019? I lost my voucher without being advised that I wld until several months later by staff at PHA Moss Point, by MS. Kidd or rather her Supervisor . I have been thru an absolute living hell with dog bites, evil siblings, domestic Violence "SIMPLE ASSAULT"not more than one time but by more than 5 different manic family members . I think not ~ it's NOT OK. P.S. Ppl need to know. I've been bouncing from one home to another and paying storage at Cubesmart for 4 years as well. homeless for 4 years at No Fault of my own. Spent all my savings on hotels . PLEASE NOTE! I realize I'm not alone, but I'm losing time with my children & Gchildren Please help me have a place to call home anything like Bayview behind Providence. Il Pls explain, I was told to come by and in a few hrs unit was taken. But then cldnt give you 35$ app fee either? Curious is all"
