"I wish I had something nice to say, they kept promising when new owners took over they were going to start fixing issues. There currently isnt any maintenance employees and management is never in the office. It’s a small complex but it isn’t gated so multiple times police have been here for people breaking into vehicles, people have waited several months for repairs with zero issues resolved. With new owners pest control no longer comes, and roaches have taken over. Constantly issue with terrible plumbing so they shut off water some days without notifying anyone first."
"If I could rate zero I would. I can write a novel if decide to write in details about our horrible and frustrating experience with this place. My husband and I discovered mold in our apartment first week of September 2021. We have contacted the facility multiple times. I’m writing this review Saturday October 2nd 2021 and still nothing has yet been done. Not to mention the washer and dryer broke the same week we discovered the mold. they told us they don’t carry that brand of washer and dryer anymore therefore they are unable to repair it. however we were told a new machine was ordered and was going to be install on “Tuesday”. Tuesday October 4th will be the second Tuesday since we were promised new machines. If you are looking for a decent place to call home please stay away from this property. They are unprofessional, cold hearted and leave their tenants in unlivable conditions that could be crippling to their health."
"The pool has been a swamp all season. We've been without a microwave for 4 months. It stopped working but they haven't made any move to fix or replace it. The carpet in the units are so old it's mashed down dirty and just nasty looking. The place has changed owners so many times things are just in limbo. The gutters were blown away in Sally but havnt been replaced. The patio has a waterfall on it every time it rains. There is rot on the corners of almost every building. I've heard they are increasing the rent $100 a month. Not worth it. There are lots better apartments in the area. Run do not walk right past here."
"Apartments are nothing fancy, sort of run down. *Extremely* disappointed by the pool. I understand when it's winter not to bother with the upkeep but it's the middle of summer. Clean and clorinate the thing!!!"
"My family’s personal experience with this apartment complex was quite miserable. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Our apartment was flooded twice. The first time, Sheetrock and carpets were replaced; however, workers weren’t wearing masks. And this was during the Covid-19 pandemic, and my son is disabled. The second time, they literally just painted over the mold and mildew. My son and I woke up almost every morning with severe allergies that we concluded were due to the mold and mildew; I even had to take my son to the doctor a few times for it. I guess I should mention the apartment manager when we first moved in, Anne Marie, was lovely! Unfortunately, they had a change in management not too long after we moved in. The next manager was Nancy, who initially seemed to be nice, but she definitely showed her true colors during this Covid-19 pandemic. We were sure to keep her notified of my partner’s lay-off due to the pandemic. She couldn’t have seemed to care less. I provided her the CDC memo, which banned evictions, and she continued to pursue the eviction anyway. So while we were in and out of hospitals with my son, we were simultaneously bullied from our apartment manager, Nancy. She was determined to displace us from our home, and she succeeded after several threatening emails, calls, etc. The manager showed up to our apartment with a “courtesy officer” as she called him (aka an off-duty policeman) to confiscate our keys from us. Even though we were legally able to stay, we decided to just pack our things and relocate to avoid the harassment. Our neighbors had similar issues with the apartment manager, so I hope that others who decide to live here (if you do) have a different experience than we did."
