"Been living here since 2010.. Pros: Ballfield and walking track..Shopping center, convenience stores, 3 Dollar Stores and two Walmarts all within a 5 minute drive!! The Balconies!! Separate Laundry room with washer and dryer.. in unit!!! Its pretty quiet out here. I never see stray animals running about. I've never dealt with mold or mildew. They keep the grounds up very well. Have incorporated more trash bins around the complex which is AMAZING! Even separate ones specifically for furniture and larger items. The apartments are nice and big. 3 storage closets alone in the 3bd apartments! Management is pretty cool ladies. Maintenance are cool ppl too. New management and New Ownership!!! Cons: It used to actually be a "Gated community" but the gate has not been fixed in years so it remains open. Flat paint on the walls... carpet(uugh)... carpentry is kinda cheap so careful with those drawers!! Kitchen is outdated. The bedroom closets in 3bd are small... Not walk-ins. The pool.. when it is open.. the kids take over! So I feel it should stay open later for 21 and older. Atleast until 10pm. No kids allowed after 6pm! SNAKES have been spotted numerous times in the complex in the late spring to summer seasons. The complex DOES NOT put out snake repellent... unfortunately."

"Would not recommend the staff is rude unprofessional, over weight and tacky no home training what so ever. if you are suppose to be in management act like it do your job!!! There’s no need for a nasty attitude if someone is inquiring on a property/ residence!!!"

"I KNOW IS A LOT TO READ, BUT THIS COULD SAVE YOU A LOOOOT OF PROBLEMS Do not move to this apartment complex I repeat do not move to this apartment complex, it will be a terrible mistake if you do. We used to live here for about 2 years and a half, since day one we've been asking for fixes in the apartment that they gave us with a lot of problems with the promise that they will be fixed, that didn't happen. Management was one of the rudest and most disrespectful person we have ever met, to the point of making fun of us and been sarcastic when we were at the office. After we tried everything we decided to move and call legal services telling them all the violation of contract on their part, I went to the office, presented the same information I presented in legal services and they still tried to charge me for moving before contract expired, I mention them that I was with legal services then they changed their tune and told me no based on the information no charge was going to happen. I moved from state and thought that everything was settled, my mistake, they charge me for cleaning a carpet that I maintained clean, cleaned it with a water based vacuum every two weeks, then they have the odasity to put it in collection, messing up my credit. AGAIN, DO NOT MOVE TO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX."

"I had no choice but to move out. Apartment has black mold in the walls and ceilings. Ceilings were damaged from water leaks. Mattenance refused to do repairs! There was damage in apartment before I moved in which they tried to hide. Office manager is horrible! Now I am being told I owe them 960.00 after I moved out or it goes on my credit report! Are you kidding me??? This gotta be a joke! They owe me all the rent I had to pay to live in worst living conditions! I am so glad Kennita got fired and no longer an office manager! They should also fire the other lady who worked in the office with her as well. She just as rude and told a bunch of lies! Hopefully under new ownership, they will stop robbing people of they money, get rid of all the mold and roaches in the apartments, and mattenance repair things that need fixing. It is good to know that one person got fired who needed to be fired during the time I was a tenant"

"Gave my application and paid my fees but never heard anything back and management continues to ignore my emails and calls. The apartments are lovely but the management wants nothing to do with you and Just collects application fees with no intent of processing it. I was told i would hear back with in 5 business days, its been over 3 weeks. Don't waste your time"
