"I rented from them for 2 years. All repairs that was needed (due to poor condition to the house) was very slow. We had a colony of bats living in our house and did nothing for a year and a half. I was told I was one of the few tenants that actually payed my bill on time every month. Also poor communication between all 3 parties. The home owner was unaware of many thing that need to be repaired and was billed for things that was never an issue. When the management was going repair something, they would show up out of the blue, no phone call or warning."
