"Can anyone update me on the conditions of these apartments? I'm looking to rent but these reviews goodness. I don't do roaches and rodents."

"The roaches will carry it off if management doesn't burn it down first. We lived there 2 years, and always paid rent on time. They don't fix anything, trash everywhere, constant drug/police activity, the pool is almost always closed, and they DO NOT have a fitness center. Maintenance is understaffed, management is racist as hell, and Michelle is an agent of Satan. She forges Katia's signature on fake lease violations if she decides she doesn't like you. I've never met such a predjudiced and hateful person, aside from the crackhead neighbors we had to endure. Instead of addressing any problems, they'll just evict you for complaining. Now leasing, because no one in their right mind would wanna live there.. save yourself the nightmare. Worst place I've ever lived."

"I moved out the Ridge of Waveland Apartments in the later part of Jan. . My sister and I both lived there. She lived in building #2 an I was in #1 .. We never bothered anyone who lived back there . We always tried to help ppl as much as we could the ones we thought was decent ppl .. After moving out , I never received my deposit back nor did my sister . We both we're emaculate house keepers .. Move out and left everything clean , no trash or furniture, no debts was left behind . So , I decided to call and check on my deposit .. The cooperate office stated to me , my deposit was withheld but wouldn't or couldn't, tell me why ..They stated to me , I was going to have to call a certain number which was a collection agency .. I called and no one never called me back . Same thing with my sister . The Ridge of Waveland Apartments has a record of high management turnover .. They never return no one deposit . They will find a reason to keep ur deposit .. I highly recommend that no one apply to live there .. when my sister and moved into the apartments around the same time and moved out on a timely manner according to lease . ..when we first moved in .... They were full of roaches and filthy dirty .. It took us two months to get rid of roaches and clean it up to our satisfaction , I had black mold in my apartment and so did my sister .. It took them two months to clean up mold , They never repair things on a timely manner . POOR MANAGEMENT AND COOPERATE WILL NOT DO NOTHING BUT SIDE WITH MANAGEMENT AND KEEP UR DEPOSIT !!! 7 MONTHS AND STILL HAVEN'T HEARD NOTHING ABOUT DEPOSIT !!! ASHAME !!!"

"I went there to fill out and pay a deposit in Feb 22. The leasing agent said every was correct and accepted and they should have something avail in the next 4 weeks. They called back at the end of April said I had a unit available but I had to fill out everything again and submit new check stubs. Mind you they already had my deposit and I had completed these steps. When I asked what happened to my original paperwork, I was blown off. Currently May 20 still no place to stay, 2 leasing agents have quit since initial Feb 17 encounter. They never answer the phone, you drive up to the office repeatedly only to get the run around (I’m the only one here, I have 10 applications to process) but you called and said a unit was ready 20 days ago. Just not the way to do business, I hope to God the maintenance and other services are not like this."

"This place gets 5 stars all day long! My mom lives here and is very sick. I was very concerned (I live in WA state) . I called the office when my mom didn't respond to my many phone calls and they sent someone to do a welfare check on her. Thank you to the amazing workers that care about their tenants. GOD BLESS! (P.S., My mom is okay)"
