"The office here is a joke. No one is ever there’ and no one answers the phone. They have a sign out front that says office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5 pm, I have been calling and stopping by every day for the last 2 weeks. No one is ever there. I gave them a deposit of 550 two weeks ago and I still haven’t heard back from them. If you want to avoid this nightmare then I highly suggest finding another apartment from a different place. This place is the epitome of worthlessness."
"At the beginning of May I met with Milton the office manager. I gave him $100 in application fees for my daughter, son-in-law, and myself. I never heard anything back from them as of July 10th. I've called and left messages for them, I've stopped by there several times, I even left a note stuck in the crack of the office door. I would recommend just going to another place. Be careful of the businesses you give money too. If I had known this was how they treat possible future residents, I would have kept the $100."
"If I could leave 0 stars I would. Me and my husband have lived here for almost 2 years. It was a great place when we first moved in but the last year or so has been a nightmare. Had a fire last year and it took them a week and a call to fire department to get them to come fix the issue, office can't keep staff to save their lives and the manager is extremely rude and doesn't care about residents. Our AC has been leaking into the unit downstairs, their solution was to just turn our ac off without notice since they wanted to leave early on Friday. Came to fix it and it's still leaking! So what do they do? TURN OUR AC OFF AGAIN WITHOUT TELLING US!! I am absolutely baffled. You can't just leave residents without AC, especially in the south. Whatever you do, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!"
"Literally don’t trust this place. Me and my boyfriend were looking for an apartment to rent in the Bay St. Louis area. They never answer their phones which is a red flag ( how would they answer if it was from a resident requesting a maintenance request? ) Not only that, but, every single time we needed to ask a question about the application process we had to drive out there and hope someone was in the office to answer our questions. We payed our application fee then the lady told us to come back that following Friday to finish our application she said that she had wrote us down and would see us at 8 that morning. We had to change around our work schedules to make this work. Once we got there, no one was there, of course. We come back that Monday and have to reschedule. Once we finally finished our paperwork, she says she would call us in a week or so to tell us if we were approved. A week and a half passed by and nothing. So yet again (since they don’t answer their phones) we had to go up there just for her to tell us she forgot we finished our application and never even started reviewing it. Like seriously this was frustrating. She told us she would call us in about two weeks with an answer. Meanwhile we found another apartment and it’s been a month and she has never gotten back to us. They seriously need a new office lady or someone who actually knows what they are doing. We wasted all of our time and money on gas and an application fee to just be forgotten. This place is unbelievably unprofessional."
