"The property manager named HAILEY MARTIN is beyond unprofessional, rude, and racist. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Southern Breeze LLC. Declined an emotional support animal and she goes against your rights as a renter. She talks to you as if you are a child with her horrible phone manners, had me sign an entire lease and then her and her manager declined us and blocked us over a simple request with documentation provided. Refused to rent to my family due to them not wanting to accept an emotional support animal. Bad business altogether and horrible business etiquette. Find somewhere else to live"
