"Lazy female who hides in the office and not answer phone calls. She stays closed all day according to her sign on the door. I asked if there were any units available and she straight up lied to my face. Must be nice getting paid just to hide and ignore calls."

"I originally started looking into this place because I'm in desperate need of a new location in a short. Of time. The place looks hospitable enough, but the office appears to never be open and I have left about 15 messages now over the course of several days with no response or communication whatsoever. Thought maybe it's just my bad luck, but upon reviewing the reviews it seems like they have a long history of this."

"We were referred to these apartments by someone who lives there. When we arrived there was no one in the office. Hours later still no one. We made several phone calls to two different numbers and left messages and our numbers. It’s been almost a week now and they haven’t returned are calls. What’s up with this place?"

"This Apt complex is the most disorganized that I’ve ever lived in! I’m not really surprised there aren’t reviews on here because they would most likely Raise your rent if they saw a tenant on here! I lived at stone Creek for about 6 years and I can tell you the day it went down hill! When we lost Carrie! The “new girl” I called her because she NEVER answers the phone NEVER calls back when messages are left , and is NEVER in her office at office hours! I know she NEVER returns phone calls bc I called everyday for a week, left voicemails that still has Carries voice (who hasn’t worked at stone creek in well over 2 years) and NEVER got a call back! I have sat outside the office waiting for “the new girl” to come to the office and she NEVER SHOWED! (Mind you I was aggravated and sat out there for 2 hours 12-2 when the clock said she would return at 11am). Then had to leave because I had to work! Also I have tried to send people there to check out what pays were available and they have told me she NEVER would get back in touch with them. COMMUNICATION with your tenants When running an Apartment Complex is KEY! A skill the “new girl” clearly lacks! I know for a fact I was not the only tenant to feel this way but no one speaks up bc they are scared she will raise their rent! Carrie was amazing. “The new girl” is the ONE & ONLY reason I had to leave! My living room light switch didn’t work for the last 6 months but was it ever fixed? Nope! Not because of the maintenance guy (he was great) but the “The new girl” NEVER returning my cal to have it fixed or being at her office during office hours when I’d try to run by on my lunch break! When you get off work at 6pm and the office hours close at 5 there’s nothing you can do because you know you’re not getting a call back! I have honestly left notes in the rent box slot on the door.... nothing... CAN THEY START A PETITION TO HAVE CARRIE BACK???"

"I have been living here for 10 years, and I love the staff that works here. Keri is amazing, and anytime I had a issue she had it addressed quickly. Roy is awesome, and comes out within minutes after calling in to Keri. The grounds are always clean. The gyms are a added bonus too! My apartment is perfect for me, and I have NO complaints what so ever."
