"The landlord don't care at all it's raw sewage everywhere , no heat, no air , nothing.We had to go out and buy my cousin an air conditioner during the summer because management will not send matience to fix anything it's a shame. I told my cousin to call the city and report it to the mayor of McComb . That's a health hazardand something needs to be done ASAP. !!!"
"I lived here for 5 years. Since we got the new landlord Damita it been hell . The kids can’t play she will say something when everyone is outside having a good time.Damita, is very unprofessional and rude and her daughter her daughter be in the office with her every day but I would not recommend ANYONE moving into these apartments as long as she is the manager there. So Today she give me a 30 day notice I never have no problem into she came back . She been putting everybody out then she said she want nothing but old people here then she want give no one the office number to the main office . Man when I say I been there for 5 years never been late for rent. So I will be letting people know do not move to St Martin Apartments. Because she have her daughter in the office looking at peoples files when she did not work for the company."
"I lived here two months. Those were the worst two months of my life! The current manager, Damita, is very unprofessional and rude. After an incident, I reported her to her supervisor. After that, she REFUSED to accept my rent money for two months & then took me to court for non payment of rent. Thank God the judge let me out of my lease without further payments but I would not recommend ANYONE moving into these apartments as long as she is the manager there."
