"Don’t let them fool you with the paperwork. Granted, we should have been more aware but everyone knows how overwhelming signing all that paperwork can be. They filed us as farm exempt, when we never told them the ATV would be used for farm use nor did we give them an address that was tied to a farm. When I asked her about what farm exempt was during all the signing, she said not to worry about it and that it’s just to help with the cost of taxes…making it sound appealing. What she didn’t tell us was that we would be audited for the sales tax almost 2 years later. Now we’re stuck with a hefty bill that we could have originally tied into our financing… Oh and our four wheeler was a lemon. We have had so many electrical problem out of this thing since we have gotten it. Do not recommend."

"I purchased some seats for my Ryker motorcycle, and also a tank bag. I don’t have much mechanical experience with installing seats and such, so I told the man at the counter…Gene Coats..this guy installed all my seats and everything else I needed done on this ryker. Best experience I have ever had anywhere at a place of business. I highly recommend visiting and asking for Gene, dude will help you do anything that he is able to do."

"Its an okay place. Employees just walk around and don't offer any kind of service until you question about something. And they seem rather annoyed when you ask for something. Other employees which I'm assuming are the mechanics definitely don't answer questions, they will walk right passed you and ignore you. Like I said it is an okay place, not the worst but definitely not the best."

"Bought a new Honda pioneer 1000 and the oil light came on at 16 miles. Was a nightmare to get it fixed. Had to have a new oil pump installed on a brand new machine. Their communication with the customer is terrible. You call and either get transferred to a voice mailbox that is full or just get disconnected all together. It was 1 day shy of three weeks of trying to get it fixed. Get it home and I keep smelling antifreeze so it now has to go back somewhere to be fixed again. Also was supposed to be a full tank of fuel in it when I left with it the day i bought it. The fuel light was flashing when i got it home. Seat was full of water. After the repair my rear lights were unhooked and a box full of bolts was in the glove box. Makes you wonder where they go! To top it a off I looked up prices on honds powersports extended warranty online. I asked the stealership when I picked up from warranty work what it would cost for a extended warranty. They tried to sell me a 3 year with a inflated price. 1499.00 before tax for a 1000.00 3 year warranty. No thank you. The machine is nice though if it will just last but my hope is fading quickly!"
