"Trish waited on us and did an outstanding job! My husband’s lenses are different thicknesses due to eye problems and surgery and his clip on sunglasses didn’t fit correctly. She tried to fix it but to no avail. She never pushed trying/buying new ones but when he asked she searched until she was satisfied with them. They’re perfect! Trish is definitely an asset to that department and a very competent and friendly person!"
"When I first went into the optic center Trish was very helpful by investigating what my insurance options were with their facility. I was out of network so I left and checked out twelve other optic places that were in network for my insurance. After those were all negative experiences I returned to Walmart optics weeks later and the manager Jennifer was immediately helpful and got all three of my prescriptions into the system and sent off within 20 minutes including frame selection. Trisha came in while I was being helped and instantly recognized me and was very welcoming. Great service! I found what I was looking for easil. The process was painless. Best part is that the total for all three prescriptions including lenses was less than the other places wanted as a copay for one pair. For a person on a budget, whose time is a commodity, and who doesn't want to deal with unnecessary stress, I highly recommend the Biloxi Walmart optical center."
