"I have been renting from Harbor Gate for 4 months now. After these 4 months I quickly realized I needed a larger unit than the original 10x10. I called after hours and got the answering service who eft a message for Jan, but said there was no availability at the time at this location. Jan called me the next morning and let me know a 10x20 was coming available in the next day and asked if I’d be interested. She gave me the one directly in front of the door and swapped my paperwork over online (all I had to do was sign it) due to my super busy schedule. She made this transition extremely convenient for me and went out of her way to keep me informed on the other tenant moving out. No issues with this location. It’s always clean and the staff is a 10/10!"
