"Glasses are great! Customer service when I purchased was great. But getting them adjusted has been a chore. First time I attempted the store was closed middle of the week. Second time the only person who could adjust them had left. Seems like they need to train others in adjustments. Not sure when I’ll be able to wear my glasses at this rate!"

It usually takes me 1-2 hours to pick out a frame, but with the help of the optometrist and another staff person, I picked a frame that I love in 10 minutes, and the whole process took 30 minutes from start to finish.
