Cavalier Apartments

"Worse place I ever lived, very noisy and the neighbors were so loud, when I told the owner she was very rude and unprofessional and did nothing about it, don't get a place under someone because you will never have any peace because of the constant noise, when I first moved in there was a smell of gas, the gas company came out and said gas was leaking from every appliance I had and that all the appliances were ANCIENT was his exact words! Had mold in the back bedroom that they just painted over, electrical problems, lights flickering on and off. Terrible, thank GOD I moved out of there, I don't know how these people are able to continue to own these places, they have so many complaints down at city hall."

"I just moved not so long ago, and I love it here it's quiet and peaceful when I have a problem. The manager sends mechanics over to my apartment the same day or the next day, which is great. I'm glad I had a chance to live over here highly recommend."

"This place is a JOKE you pay $750 a month For some run down bug infested ,structurally damaged apartments that I know for a fact that one has a toilet falling in at the second floor unit . Owners have been notified multiple times within the 8-9 month period that the tenants have Been there and has nothing been done and there is also electrical problems in the kitchen area also that they’ve also never addressed. Now out of no where they are kicking tenants out gave them 30 day notice and within 3 days of them giving that notice they turned around and gave them a 3 day notice to get out . Owners are very unprofessional and disrespectful . If i was able to give a zero star rating I would cause they don’t even deserve this one star"
