"Lived here for 18 years. Its had its ups and downs over the years with different management/ownership over the years. We own our mobile home so just pay lot rent. And it goes up every year and until recently we would never see improvements to the property. Until they put a deck over the pond and nice covered picnic area and a little nice park for the kids. Still has some issues that need to be worked out"

"Make sure to read all reviews before buying or renting. This place is a trap. If you move in here to rent, they will give you 1 price the first year, ours was around 750/m. Well the next year they give out papers saying either spend 920 a month on a 30 year old trailer or buy it. So you end up buying it. Here's the kicker. The lot fee constantly goes up each year. The current rate is 450/m on the lot alone. They have the worst maintenance crew. I sent 27 a/c request in one year. They never fixed my a/c issues. They encourage you to buy windows units. They don't do upkeep maintenance like painting the roofs. If your late on grass some how it's worth 50 dollars to get their crew to do it on lots that are maybe 6 or 7 strips long. Kid's are not allowed to do anything here. I'm not sure where all the money you pay for this place goes, but it's not to the community. If you do move here, never buy from here, you'll be stuck paying their lot fee unless you move your mobile home, which companies might not even move because their old."

"It's okay we moved here Feb. 2017. It's always something. My main issue is our steps are literally rotten and all they did was add a board to try and steady them at one point ants had made a next in 3 of the boards and all they did was replace those boards it rocks like crazy and the spacing on the rails are so wide my 4 year old and 2 year old can fit through them and have fallen out of them before. The toilet in the master is always running has been for years we tell then they claim to fix it and it's right back to running there's a hole in the hall bath tub so it leaks water and all they do is put silicone on it and it melts off over time. Just a lot of laziness really rent goes up a good bit each year well"

"First moved in and discovered after the first night that the trailer was infested with roaches no matter how many times they sprayed the roaches never left. The trailer was full blown infested. At the end of my time here my job was relocating me to a different state. I Gave a 30 day notice that my job was relocating me to Tennessee and even brought them my offer letter that stated the date I needed to be in Tennessee..there was no way to give a 60 day notice due to the fact that my job was requiring me to move right away. They would not take the job relocation into consideration and put that I broke my lease and now have a 1500 negative mark on my credit. I always paid rent on time and was a great tenant. Me and my children are homeless and can’t find anyone to rent to us due to this. Absolutely horrible and useless people in that office."
