"So I went into this business today. I had a 14kt gold ring to sell. I calculated how much the gold was worth based upon spot price, weight in grams, and the percentage of gold in the ring. These folks were going to give me 47% or $170 of that total. One of the employees said "well we have to make money!" No kidding, but 47% is horrifically bad to offer a (one time) customer. I had contacted another gold and silver business in Slidell last week and they were going to give me 80%. They were not open till 1:00 PM today, because of an emergency. I decided to wait in Slidell until they open. I cannot recommend Gold N Gun Traders."

"My son and I went in today just to see if maybe he had some ammo that we have been looking for ( because we went to another place that has an indoor range and had horrible customer service) he didn’t have the ammo but after talking for a while I mentioned that I was looking for a certain gun, which he actually had. I got a great price and purchased the gun in the spot no questions.( mostly due to the owners great customer service) The other gun store in Slidell could learn a thing or two about customer service. I will go back for all my future firearm purchases!!"
