Ridgeland Ranch Apartments

"Just...don't. Avoid this place at all costs. They want rent checks on time but don't value the quality of living in these apartments. The apartment upstairs flooded mine. They sort of fixed it, did nothing for the wall or carpet damage except call someone to put some deodorizer down. (See the photos for what I lived with for weeks before moving out.) I lived there four years because rent was reasonable, and I got what I paid for. A building has burnt down, they ripped out the tennis court and never did anything with it, the pool has worked and been open to all maybe 1 full summer. The playground equipment is busted. Four different companies owned this complex in four years. The current owners certainly have their work cut out for them. I put in MULTIPLE requests for pest control for bugs and then for RATS which made themselves a new home in the walls. None of those were ever answered. My stove only worked if it was pulled a foot out from the wall. If you can afford to go elsewhere, do it. If you can't, I will personally go out of my way to help you figure it out."

"Believe the reviews! The website versus what it actually looks like is a huge difference! Needs major work! I paid my deposit plus 750.00 towards the rent I have waited on them to give me paperwork(lease,move in date) I got nothing but they took my monies then when I finally got to Ms to see the place for myself that place is trash and plus I have them a week to see if they have started getting the place ready and they haven't! they have years worth of reviews and bad ratings so I called them telling them I want my deposit and why and they told me no that I can't get it back then I had to email the manager and she says we will give you your deposit back send a forwarding address I have done that and she still hasn't gotten back to me as far as when I will get my monies then to top it off I told her I paid 1500 total and she said your deposit is all your getting so I sent proof to her of what was paid I fully expect my 1500.00. I already contacted a lawyer and they will receive paper in the mail as well since they want to drag their feet and hold me up from putting my money into another place! Unprofessional!!!"

"Don’t move there if your life depended on it! Where do I begin? They were very quick to accept our applications, application fee and admin fee. ✨Unprofessional is an understatement! The receptionist at this property merely only answers the phone and doesn’t have any sense of what’s going on! She literally gets paid to answer the phones. They’re clearly not on one accord and they sit about 10 feet away from each other. ✨Our initial move in date was Sep 12th. ✨We were never notified the apartment didn’t go through inspection by the City of Ridgeland’s inspector. ✨After the unit not being ready on the 12th, we were promised it’ll be ready on the 15th. The unit didnt go through inspection again. Till that time we stayed in hotel because we vacated old apartment on 12th. This process continued till sep end. Finally we moved to other Apartments. ✨ It was totally their mistake, so they agreed for refund. They agreed to give Admin fee as well. ✨We were given different time frames to receive refund. We waited for more than 70 day's. Now they are telling that it's non refundable. They are Cheater's. They charge application fee & admin fee and other fees without giving unit and they won't give it back and they won't allocate unit on time. Don't trust their word's. They flip their words easily."

"Its been a year since I gave this apartment complex 1 star and my feelings about this place have not changed. Most of the reviews I've read are still accurate to this day. Maintenance does not fix anything at all. The bug infestation has gotten unbearable. The apartment is nowhere near worth what they charge not to mention the the ones over the apartment complex are extremely crooked. You'll be lucky if you have a consistent charge for the rent. In conclusion this complex should be shut down. It is a complete health risk/scam."
