"This has been the most ridiculous experience I've had in trying to pay a bill. There is absolutely no customer service at this company. It seems they are afraid someone else is going to try to pay your bill. They are going to ensure that this does not happen, even if they have to prevent you from making the payment. There automated system sucks."

"We lived in apartment in Clinton, MS. Our electric ran $100 a month. Our lease was up in July but we moved May 1st. We did pay the remaining two months rent. We also had to pay utilities. For May and June our Entergy bill jumped to $489 for two months with the apartment empty and the A/C set on 78. We called Entergy, lady was really rude. Said maybe someone tapped into or electric, maybe workers were working in the apartment using how powered equipment. The apartment personnel said no that didn’t happen. The supervisor said if not paid the will report to credit bureau. Our credit score is 823. Go ahead Entergy whatever you want. Very rude and unintelligent supervisor. I have heard this has happened to other customers also."

"We asked the company to run the power line underground and ended up with a busted septic tank. The people that came out to dig hit our septic line in two places, even with markings CLEARLY sprayed on the ground to ensure clearance. Nobody will take responsibility for their actions and so we are left with the power line still above ground and a ruined septic tank with thousands of dollars worth of damage! Absolute worst company with the worst customer service!!"

"Well the fact that Entergy has not even claimed their Google My Business says it all. They do not care one bit about customer service. Entergy is absolutely terrible. The wind blows you’re out of power, the wind doesn’t blow you are still out of power. Somebody breaks wind over here and you are out of power. I absolute hate Entergy. Our power reliability is the worst I have ever seen or even heard of. I do not know anybody that has power outages like we do. Yes I hate Entergy."
