"All I can say is Tenant Beware! This is a poorly managed and outdated apartment complex with numerous negatives. The FIRST is HUGE FIELD RATS that I had to battle yearly and try and irradicate myself. The pest control stated I pretty much had what I needed that I supplied beside sitting out green bars of d-con type poison although I had stated I had a pet dog. The rats even disemboweled the dog toys. Poor exterior lighting, NO PARKING due to constant visitors taking the parking you’ve paid for. Loud cars and loud, obnoxious music and neighbors. Let’s talk safety… besides the poor exterior lighting… They obviously hire employees with poor background checks IF they even do one. Employees tried to enter my apartment with a bogus work order supposedly from a neighbor to check out my personal security system. How can another tenant put a work order in on my security system and apartment? When management was contacted, Debbie defended her maintenance team and patronized me, the tenant. No follow up either. I knew then my security was compromised. Be sure to always lock your top lock, apparently they come and go at will. Black Mold is present due to roofing issues of the past. All I can say is management and corporate are rude , insensitive and uncaring for the tenants needs that they pay for. Alape’ is the only caring employee that I know they have. This is an apartment complex with a nonfunctional gate that’s never worked in over 4 years I rented there. The security guard shed at the front is just that… a FRONT. The only positives for this place is The water features, the geese and ATT Fiber. If your looking for a secure and peaceful place… This is NOT IT!!"

"I lived here August 2019 to August 2023. Overall it was a great living experience! The ladies in the front office are all amazing and very nice. I've had employees help me off-the-clock if they happened to be nearby outside and saw that I needed help with something. Had a maintenance man help jump me off in the rain once, same guy helped me get into my apartment on Christmas Day one year after the lock jammed up, and most recently had an office employee help me take trash to the dump after my whole wagon of moving-out trash dumped over and I had my hands full with a newborn & 7-year-old. Just some examples! Maintenance is usually pretty quick to respond to requests and they fix things promptly. Grounds could use a little bit better upkeep, but for the most part they are kept nice & picked up. Never had any problems with neighbors or any loud noise. Also feel like it's a safe place to live. Amenities are great especially for those with kids– ping pong, pool table, pool, & a recently renovated hot tub. Plus a tanning bed & gym. I would stay here again and would recommend this apartment complex to others looking! :)"

"It's a good place to live if you play golf. You can walk the course for free if you live there. The biggest caveats is they don't do a great job of maintaining the units, the parks, nor enforcing the rules geared around picking up after your pets."

"I lived here from October 2019 to June 2020 and I had to break my lease early because I had a new job in Ridgeland. I enjoyed my stay here. I don't quite understand the bad reviews. Common sense will tell you to lock your cars at night and don't leave any valuables inside your vehicle. During my stay, my vehicle was never broken into. About maintenance, I did all the complaints online. Once you submit a problem, maintenance will fix the issues within 24-48 hours. I pay my rent online too and it's easy . If you have maintenance issues, do it online. Its fast and easy. My garbage disposal was fixed twice. Good job maintenance! Pool and gym was very nice! Never had bug problems. Definitely recommend anyone who wants to stay here."

"This is the most ridiculously managed apartment complex I have ever seen. The apartments are rundown and the employees are a bunch of buffoons. I'd rather sleep under a bridge than stay at this place again. Avoid at all costs and don't be fooled by the "model" apartment they show you. A summary of my experience: 1) I had a furnished apartment rented and the refrigerator stopped working. They said it would be 2-3 WEEKS before it could be replaced. Then the MANAGER(Beth) asked if I was alright with not having a refrigerator for that amount of time. Yes, that's the level of intelligence managing this place. 2) In the 6 months I had the apartment, I had to get them to repair every appliance except the Microwave. 3) The main water line busted when I was out of town(on the apartment side of the water meter) and it cost me nearly $300 in water. Then they came out and fixed it but it continue leaking... cost me another $200 in water. Still leaking so good luck to whoever is in 25-C currently. 4) They never provided me with mailbox keys the entire time I stayed there. 5) We had another apartment rented through our company and it took them 1 week to get the master lock off the door. They rented it and never even put the correct lock on the door. I included a picture of the water leaking after the water company turned the water on again."
