"Where do I began with this place? We stay on the bottom floor and I believe the residents upstairs have a leak or something. We addressed the issue with the leasing office to no avail. I thought I resolved the issue but it looks like it’s spreading. Black mold can cause respiratory issues. My bathroom sink been clogged well over a month and the people in the leasing office keep giving me the run around. I swear, this place changes agents like they change underwear. I recommend this place to no one. I believe this place is way overpriced for what you get.The audacity to call yourselves Luxury. Where’s the luxury?"

"I am a disabled person, so my mom went and looked at the apartment with my sons. They told them what needed to be done. On the day of signing i asked to see it and it smelled like cigarette smoke. None of the rooms had light fixtures and they suggest to get lamps. So, i asked for my money back they gave the money orders which were already filled out to them. The manager is a rude person. They stated we lost deposit cause everything was done. I tried the home office that is located on lakeland, but district manager didn't call back. Lost $500 deposit."

"I wish I could give them 0 stars cause thats what they deserve!!! 1. There are master keys floating around- within my first week of moving in somebody broke into my apartment and stole my bag and obviously the management did nothing!! 2. My roommate and the new leasing office people just decided to move forward with my security deposit on the new lease and now these people aren't receiving my calls nor are they giving me my deposit. Things were a lot better under Bridget but this new management is definitely not recommended!!"
