Big Delta Honda

"Myself and 2 friends went to the los location and purchased ATV’s. One of the ATV’s within the first week the front wheel fell off due to having the wrong lug nuts installed also the back wheel was missing 2 lugs. This not only could’ve caused a terrible accident or death however left my son-in-law stranded in the woods in the rain for 4 hours. Had to return the ATV to have new wheels installed due to damage. During pickup we asked the dealership to make things right by simply offering a speaker and was told they would contact us back. No contact has been made. Had plans to make another purchase in the upcoming months however I will be visiting a different dealership. This is poor customer relations and obviously negligent service. I was sure hoping the new ownership would be better than the previous however that is not the case."

"I am a black female Slingshot owner. With steering wheel error codes. Big Delta refused to fix my Slingshot but a white male friend of mine took his Slingshot in with the exact same error codes and their fixing his and have ordered the same parts I needed for him. My Slingshot been there 3 weeks. He took his in today. They told me my lights were hooked up incorrectly not knowing. The same person that installed his lights, installed my lights. Both of our lights were installed the exact same way. Also the lights NEVER stopped working. There was no issue with the lights. But again they refused to fix my Slingshot and told me to take it somewhere else but they're fixing his Slingshot. Why didn't they tell him his lights were installed incorrectly? Make your own conclusions and judgment. But what does this sound like?"

"Do not bring your bikes here! They changed major parts. Lied and said they called to confirm when they didn’t. No documentation because it never happened. Went from a few hundred dollars and and a few week job to 2 months later and over 1600. SCAM!!!"

"Brought my 2023 general to them to check out a clunking noise at low rpm before the warranty expired. They didn't call me and went ahead and changed the belt and charged me $325 without my approval and was not covered then to top it off they sold me the wrong oil and I didn't notice until I changed it this place is a joke I will never go back"

"I have been looking for a Can Am Defender for the last couple of months and called Big Delta, to my surprise, was told they had one that would be there in just a few days. Paid the $500 deposit and they were holding the machine for me. From the time the machine came in and me picking up the machine, my heating and air system in my house went out. Had to pay to get that replaced, especially as the temps were in the 30's during the day. Called and told them that I was going to have to back out of the deal because of the unexpected expense that I had to pay to have a new unit put in. Response was, "I hate that, but we won't refund the $500." I asked if they could have a little compassion, hoping that they would refund it. Was told by the salesman that he would talk to the owner and get back with me and 2 days later, I've still not heard anything. My prayer is that when they need a little compassion for something out of their control that someone will help them."
