"In the Spring of 2021 my husband, John, and I stopped at PopPops bait shop. We purchased a cooler full of frozen bait and had him order a $350.00 live bait well. We paid cash for it all that day. He said he would call us when it came in. After a couple of months we called and asked about it and was told in a rude manner that he said he told us he would call us when it came in. We stopped by the shop 2 different times after that and still no bait well! Here it is 5/9/22 and we’ve never received a call from him telling us anything!!! Never updated us on order status or offered a refund. He’s a crook in our opinion!!!"
