Reviews
"Great museum!! Well organized with lots of great history, information, and memorabilia."
"We have always heard about B.B. King, but it was such a great visit to the museum dedicated to honoring the King of the Blues. Obviously, his music talents took the world by storm. People from all walks of life love his music. Upon entering the museum, there is a cafe to the left named after all of his guitars, Lucille. You can buy souvenirs, get a cup of coffee and chat with the staff. The first stop was to see a short video/film of B.B. himself. After that, we walked down the hall that had "everything" B.B. King. It's nice to know he didn't blow all of his earnings on useless stuff like cars, jewelry, etc. There were two cars and his tour bus on display. The Grammy Awards and other achievements are displayed. B.B. King was truly a big part of "The Blues" music."
"Nice museum for BB King. We were passing Mississippi and decided to visit this place. Not much too see in Indianola MS other than the museum itself"
"I learned alot about the man and his music, and his journey from abject poverty to the pinnacle of success. He, the "king of the Blues" walked amongst other kings and queens. If his story doesn't inspire someone to walk by "Faith and not by Sight" I don't know what will."
"Great historic blues museum, a must see for sure. I learned so much about BB King and the history of the blues. He is buried there and they built such a nice tribute to him"
