"I just received my power racks from Wilder yesterday. What can I say, they look great. As far as the product goes they truly knocked it outta the park! If I could give them 10 stars for the equipment I would. The problem with this is that they were 21 days late. Yes you read that correctly, 21 days. As far as the service that I received from Wilder it was poor at best. I got so tired of hearing "next week" it was ridiculous. Of course things happen. Things don't always go as planned. However, I truly find it hard to believe that in the state of Mississippi you can't find enough welders and powder coaters to strike a few archs and make a few cuts, especially in a blue collar state. Because they were 21 days late it cost me approximately $12,000 a year in revenue. I keep hearing people tell me that this is "common" in the fitness equipment industry. If so, why is everyone satisfied with sub par service? I would possibly use them again, however I would not pay 100% of the money up front as was required when I ordered my racks. It was not an easy feeling when they had all of my hard earned money and I had not received my product on time."
