"I ordered a custom Calico trailer through True Love, they were very thorough and helpful and listened to all the details of what I wanted. Unfortunately, due to an accident, some of the details of my order were mixed up and reversed at the manufacturer, which resulted in me not getting what I ordered. THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART!!! DALE STEPPED UP AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS WITH CALICO TO CORRECT EVERYTHING! He also paid all of my fuel to return the trailer. Kudos to Dale and Carol for being the kind of people that make doing business a pleasure!!! I absolutely would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a trailer."

"I called Calico to order a trailer, thanks to supply chain demands right now it was a two year wait. They said to find a dealer who already had an order on the books and buy from them. I went with these guys and I had a great experience. Rick and Carol were helpful, kind, and extremely flexible and worked with me. I got financing through my credit union and put down a deposit on the trailer I wanted. They quoted me 4-6 months wait time but it came in 3! Maybe I was just lucky but I was also really happy about it. They held onto the trailer so I could come down and get it. I’m happy with my new trailer and happy with their customer service."

"Being honest and up front to the people is always the best policy. He put mine and my horses life in jeopardy. He flat out lied to my husband and I. We purchased my trailer 4 months ago. My husband was told tires were excellent. He explained that I would be driving nearly 5 hour drive to purchase and driving back home. He assured the tires were in GREAT shape and NOT dry rotted. I spoke with the brother and he assured me that the only thing they ever did to the trailer was changed the tires and put 4 brand new tires all around it. They looked very nice (coming from a girl has never seen a dry rotted tire before) Had lots of tread on it. So I drove it home. The whole time keep in mind, my husband was on a turn around job for about 6 months. Never does he get to look at the tires. Well, I pulled my horse this past week end (for the first time) and guess what? Yep, Mr. May-Pop, (I'll call it) Popped. All the side wall flew off everywhere. Yep, I had my new horse hauling it, too. Needless to say Mr Dale says my husband was sarcastic to him by sending photos of the busted out side walls, in asking for reimbursement. I wouldn't even give this company a 1 for his rudeness and lies. Very sad to be that greedy in life. Not a nice way to earn a living. Oh, not to mention my trailer leaks like a raining waterfalls. Very disappointed in this Dale and Rick. The whole tire wall is shredded. But in photo I am just posting that we could not even feel safe in driving it to the tire shop and my husband had to take the tires off the trailer and bring them to the shop for new ones. All we ever expected was honesty! An apology, or even an reimbursement. But, apparently, people out there in the business world are still dishonest."
