"I prefer doing business with local/small business owners. Paid up front.. which wasn’t a problem. In fact, I included a $20 tip just to support small business. Waited a week for the string and was informed it was at a local hub (Memphis). Checked in 4 days later.. no reply.. Minimal communication. Waited another 4 days, then requested a refund. I was refunded promptly when I requested which is why I didn’t give them 1 star. It’s busy season for a bow shop, understandable. I just wish communication was better and I wouldn’t be behind the curve with no string on my bow the week before velvet hunt."
