"My wife came to visit me on holiday. She arrived on Sunday afternoon. Because no one is in the office we planned to get a parking tag on Monday morning when they start work. We have two parking lots, and my wife parked one of our own lots. But her car was towed away around 7 a.m. on Monday morning! We do not know what is wrong with it! my neighbor told me his parents' car also be towed when his parents came to pick him up, only parked his own space for around 1 hour, and then the tow company came! He told me it seems the manager of Molly Barr may have a contractor with a tow company so that they can make money!!"
"TRASH!!! Complete trash!!!!! I would not recommend these apartments it literally took four hours to receive my key on move in then still did not receive my mailbox or room key. Paid for furniture but to my surprise walked into an apartment WITHOUT FURNITURE and was told there wasn’t any available! The apartment looked and smelled like it hadn’t been clean since the apartment was built. I had no toilet paper roll and there was a cabinet door missing. Then on top of that management still tried to charge me an extra $100 for furniture. It’s impossible to contact those who work in the office. It’s been two months since I moved in and I still have no furniture. I’m my honest opinion the homeless have better living arrangements. I wish I could give a negative rate….. DO NOT MOVE HERE"
"If I could give it 0 I would do not live here unless it is your last option. Nothing works in the damn apartment we have one working shower my toilet doesn’t work and the place was absolutely trashed when we got here. We then had to do almost all the cleaning ourselves they also told us one night before move in that we were not gonna have furniture and the housing manager told me they weren’t even gonna let us know and she did it as a courtesy. There is mold in the ac unit and the pipe is clogged a little. Oh and the key they give u for the mailbox does not WORK. I repeat do NOT live here this place is charging 600$ a month for this garbage heap. They deserve to be sued into the ground and never be allowed to house anyone ever again."
"If I could give negative stars I would. Nothing but a headache from day 1. Move in day was a fiasco. No wait list except post it notes that kept getting shuffled around. Waited over 3 hours for keys (that didn't work, and weren't even given a full set of keys). Wait another day for keys that "should" work. Which, again mailbox key and room.key did not. Paid for furnished apartment. It was NOT furnished. And what small amount of furniture that WAS there, was broken and/or falling apart. Was told the reason it was unfurnished was because furniture got stolen. The amount of money these students pay in ONE month combined is well over the amount to furnish these apartments. Paid for clean apartment. These places haven't been cleaned in over a year at best. Front door know and dead bolt (security issue) has been messed up since day 1 and needs replacing, still has not been fixed. Toilet with leaky flap still not addressed since day 1. Was told would get a ONE time $250 credit for apartment not being furnished. They charge $100 extra a month for a furnished apartment, over 12 months that's $1200 not $250, plus the inconvenience and cost of having to buy furniture at the last minute. Also, have pics of ROACHES that the roommate was told "oh yeah, expect roaches." DO NOT RENT THESE APARTMENTS. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FOR MOVING OVER 1000 MILES AWAY. I will attach pics."
"Manukea did an awesome job repairing the wall as well as asking about anything else that needed maintenance or fixed. He took the time to replace my air filter and cleaned up very well. Great communicator and showed a lot of integrity about his work."
