"I’ve lived at Gather Apartments over two years. It is a beautiful property and Ashley, the manager, does a wonderful job looking after her residents. It’s difficult to find a good person to maintain a property but Fernanda, the head of maintenance, keeps the property and each unit in great shape. They both get my highest rating."

"Love this place! Ashley, the apartment manager, is the best!! She is truly an A+ manager. She so kind and always willing to go the extra mile to help. The complex is quiet and in a great location to campus and Jackson Avenue. I highly recommend Gather Oxford to anyone!"

"Just moved my son in and highly recommend this complex. The apartments are very modern and have a very cool vibe. The complex also has great amenities and is very clean and close to campus. The manager, Ashley, is phenomenal. She made the whole process very easy and fun and she is very prompt at returning calls and answering questions. Highly recommend!!! Just wanted to give an update and another shout out to Ashley. She is hands down the most pleasant and organized property manager around. Also made the moving out process super easy. I highly recommend this apartment complex. You will have a great experience living there and working with Ashley."

"My daughter recently graduated and moved out after living there for the last three years. It was a great place for her to live. It was close enough for her to walk to campus and she was able to study because she lived in a one bedroom unit. Ashley the manager did a wonderful job of overseeing any maintenance requests and questions we had during my daughters time there.The apts are modern, the property is safe and any maintenance was taken care of quickly. I highly recommend the Gather apartments."

"In my 4 years of college, this is BY FAR the best complex I have lived in. The apartments are up to date with new appliances and very clean. The area is quiet, safe, and everyone is friendly. With that said, the area is also convenient with only a 3 min drive to the University and located right off of Jackson. No more waking up extra early to make it to class!! Ashley and Terry, along with the rest of the amazing staff, are extremely helpful and always made sure I was comfortable in my apartment. They will always assist you with anything you need throughout the duration of your stay. I highly recommend Gather Oxford. I very much enjoyed being apart of this amazing community!"
