"Bathrooms were clean, the lady in the gift shop was very friendly and informative. There are some nice items that you can buy made by local artists. I bought a couple of vases. The grounds were very clean and neatly kept. There's a place to walk your dog and a picnic area. They were doing renovations, so some of it was closed off."
"Nice place to stop and stretch your legs while on the Trace in some AC. There was a few displays of the Trace and Clinton. A gift shop with books, postcards and local artists' goods. Coffee and clean restrooms available. The staff there was friendly as well and answered any questions I had."
"Very nice little visitors center. Very clean and nice bathrooms. The ladies working there are very sweet and will help answer questions even if they don't know themselves, they will point you in the right direction. Nice little section has historic items found around the area which is fascinating!"
"This is a beautiful little spot! We have driven past it but never really noticed it. When we started riding our bikes, we actually stopped in. They keep it well manicured, and have some really cute little details; a caterpillar for kids to play on, a row of bird houses, a little shop and pamphlet store, a place to park bikes, and an area to walk the dogs."
"What a nice Welcome Center, the two ladies who ran the center were super friendly and went out of their way to help and answer any questions of the history of the area. The center itself is very welcoming and was a pleasant stop for us as we traveled the Natchez Trace Parkway. They had a nice garden and the surprise find for us was the bronze statue of the 'Fallen Comrade', what a moving tribute to all soldiers, the story behind it is pretty impressive, making one think of the ultimate sacrifices they made for all of us. All we can say is wonderful job Clinton MS."
