"I stop going to Dr. Chaney a long time ago! The wait is ridiculous. However, the last straw for me is when my son kept getting ear infections. Dr. Yung examined my son since Dr. Chaney wasn’t there. He said that my son was having too many ear infections and recommended me to an ENT doctor. My son had to have tubes placed in his ears because he wasn’t hearing. If my son was diagnosed correctly by Dr. Chaney, then my child wouldn’t have been delayed. I feel like her license need to be stripped!"

"I love Dr. Chaney! She is the best pediatrician in Jackson! Awesome staff and has been amazing to my family for the last 8 years and hopefully forever!"

"This woman is extremely rude and unprofessional. Her office staff was rude to me after 14 years of service with Dr Yung who also works at this practice. She called me in to address the concerns and told me it was a private practice and I was welcome to leave. I told her we love Dr Yung that I was the situation addressed and her response was this was her practice, her staff and Dr Yung works for her so if I wanted to continue to have my children see him then I should come in and overlook the attitudes and see the doctor and leave."

"This clinic is ridiculous when it comes to time. They schedule appointments and still have you waiting behind walk ins. My two children had appointments at 10:15 am and it is now 10:57 am and they are STILL waiting to be seen!! There have been about TWELVE walk-ins they've let go in front of my kids appointments and they tell me I can reschedule. After today my kids will have a new pediatrician!!!"

"I can never get an appointment when my children are sick; I'm always told to just walk in, which would be fine somedays but if you're not there at exactly 730 you'll be there until lunch time. The office staff has a bad attitude and refuse to take responsibility for their errors. You can't talk to their supervisor because he's "in and out all day" and won't call you back and there's one who laughs at you if she thinks you're wrong. Dr. Chaney is a great doctor but some of the staff make it a horrible environment."
