"Dr Mungan is wonderful! He's the fastest doctor I've ever been to. The office however needs a lot of improvement. When I first started taking my son to Dr. Mungan it was great but recently it's literally IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to answer the phone. I have sat on hold for 40 minutes before and never gotten in touch with anyone. I call through the hospital and they cant get anyone to answer either. So I show for a follow up appointment and Dr. Mungan isnt there. If I had been able to get anyone to pick up the phone instead of sitting on hold everyday I would have not wasted my time and lost a day of work. When I asked the girl why I can never get anyone to answer the phone, she looks at me like I'm speaking a foreign language and never even apologized for the issue."
