"Please,please think at least three times before you buy something from this company.I bought two sofas from North Carolina Furniture Direct in San Marcos,Texas.Their sales strategy is based on lies.The manager Chuck and sales person David are the people who makes me think like that. The material they used in the cushions are of low quality. You need to sit in the middle,if not you go down and the other edge goes up.After you get up,you need to push the cushions back."

"We will never buy from Bob Mills Furniture again and will never watch Channel 6 local Tulsa news. We bought a couch in May 2020 which is made by Fusion. We visited the store at least three times and sat on the couch and loved it. Shelbi was a great salesperson. We bought the couch and had it delivered the next week. Within a few days, we noticed the couch had a squeak, but worse, the cushions moved all the time. I have never had a couch where the cushions moved at all. After you sat down and got up, you have to push them back in. After you lied down, you had to do the same. We had guests over and it was embarrassing. We called Shelbi at the store and she had someone else talk to us. They offered to send a tech out to fix the squeak but we wanted the cushions not to move more than anything. The tech says we were past the return policy. After several conversation of back and forth, we were told to go buy some velcro and add to the back of the couch and to the back of the cushions. I was shocked. I called West Elm and Mathis Brothers among others, and they had never heard of such a solution. Bob Mills wouldn't do anything else to solve this matter, so we bought the velcro and now we have a "Velcroed" couch. How sad and disgusting this is and what a poor vision of helping the customer. I urge people to be careful. The tech even told us they had several employees go sit on the couch in the showroom and it didn't happen. It never happened when were there either. The technician said these cushions could do this since they're reversible. If I would've known that, I would've never bought the couch. I'm 56 years old and have owned many sofas and have never had such an issue. How very sad and now we're stuck with it. I wonder if Bob Mills would just come pick up this horrible couch and get it out of our sight and we'll buy another one at Mathis Brothers or West Elm? It really is ridiculous. I feel sorry for Bob Mills employees who don't tell their customers up front because this tech knew this was an issue. Fusion, I hope you can reasonably resolve this issue."

"I Currently work here as a Line Supplier. Haven't been the just a couple days of a month. Its a small to fair size. Possibly 200-400 some what employees. Monday-Thursday 7am-5:45pm. Its consists of moving walking pulling and everything else in between a very very whole lot.(Line Supplier) But its still Freat place to work. The Line Builders are paid pretty great. Gets plenty if hours n over time depending of your position. Overall I would say 4⭐⭐⭐⭐'s. One thing for sure. Tardies, being Absent, Leaving Early, Not Calling In. Those are most definitely NOT TOLERATED..!! So keep that in mind when applying for a Job or any Position. You Can & Will be "REPLACE""
