"This office absolutely does not care about their patients and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. My mother has had multiple breakthrough seizures, and has been calling daily for a month trying to get a return phone call, not even an appointment (because it's impossible to get scheduled over the phone). Imagine if she was your mother, would you be okay with her care being completely disregarded for a week? Let alone a month? I'm so disturbed by the lack of concern for her well-being, and the lack of basic human decency from the neurologists that are supposed to be helping her."

"I had an appointment with Nurse Practitioner Kailin Lewis on Feb 21 at 11:00. First we set in waiting area for right at an hour past my appointment time. They all me to another area, took my blood pressure and said Nurse would be right in. After another 40 minutes, the NP finally came in and asked what brought me to their office. I explained my issue was extreme kicking at night during sleep. She actually went on her computer and read to us about Restless Leg We have read the same thing ourselves. I do not believe she should be trying to treat anyone. She told me to get the next available appointment with Dr Scarff also in the same Clinic. I have had outrageous trouble with the scheduling staff. My Chart sent me a message to come in on a specific date and time. When I got to my appointment, they said the My Chart Ap was not supposed to change appointments and rescheduled me for 2 months out. Do not under any circumstances go to this clinic. I am canceling any further appointments there and going to another Doctor."

"The service I encountered was exemplary. The staff was very professional and enjoyable. There was a little delay in seeing Kaylon Lewis, because she takes her time to listen and answer all of her patients questions."

"So far, I am satisfied. The second appointment they were able to nail down an effective treatment. My organs were so dysfunctional I felt like I was on my death bed. I am a survivor of multiple incomplete spinal cord injuries. I am a service connected Iraq Veteran. I have 5 out of 7 levels of titanium cage system and rods, back & front, in my neck after 3 neck surgeries. The SCIs lead to small fiber poly neuropathy in which has quite devastated my body…my life! There have been a few obstacles, but I have faith this clinic will prove to be quite valuable to my wellness journey. I shall come back in 6 months with an update on care being received at this clinic as to help inform others needing help."
