"DO NOT GO HERE!! I don't know how this place has 4 stars. This establishment doesn't have any professional staff members. There are two employees working there that know absolutely nothing about optometry, eyes, office management or customer service. They rescheduled everyone that was in there because their Internet connection was down. I asked if it would be fixed later that day and they looked at each other with a definite "no" look on their face, and then said as much. Nevertheless, I returned for my appointment and mentioned to the staff member that I was offered a free exam. However, the staff member handed me a dirty iPad to fill out registration information. The document stated that I would be offered an in-store credit after paying $59 for an exam that I was supposed to get for free. Disregarding that, I finally got into the room for my exam only to be told that I would need to see an "in-house doctor" for my prescription. I told the staff that I was blind in one eye and only needed the exam to test the eye that was functional and that optometrists would usually balance the lenses out accordingly. It was then that I was told that they do not have an optometrist on staff there. NO OPTOMETRIST?? I quickly got the hell out of there. Lesson learned."

"Incredibly overpriced frames for what you get. I have frames that I got for $20 on Zenni that seem more durable than anything at Stanton. Secondly, they messed up my eye exam and I had to go in for a second one. I would give one star but the staff is really nice and are good people."

"I want to write a superb review for Courtney, Marcus, And Ebony!! After a bad experience at another branch I came to the Ridgland branch and these 3 have been fabulous! They went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer and I am seriously impressed with their professionalism and caring for the patient!! I will definitely recommend people to them!!"
