"I got my appt time confused and thought it was in the morning when it was in the afternoon. They got me worked in that morning with no problem (except more quick work for them), but they were ALL so very kind about it. I dealt with 6 people during my visit and they were ALL very kind and upbeat. Plus I found some cute glasses, so I'm excited! :) Great customer service and hospitality."

"This is by far the best optical place to go to. The staff is so nice and friendly which is so different from other optical places in Flowood. They don't make you fee like you are bothering them. Dr. Sorey is sooooooo nice too. We love her. I have recommended this place to all my friends and co-workers. Exceptional all the way! Thanks for being so nice and caring."

"I was a new patient today. First of all, I went to the wrong location because I was not informed when I scheduled that Dr. Sorey was at a different location. Then once I finally got to the new location, the staff was sweet as pie. However, I was very displeased with Dr. Sorey. When she walked in, she never introduced herself. Being a new patient, and not to mention blind at the moment since I didn’t have my contacts in, you would think that would be the first thing she did. She did not ask me about my eyes or concerns I had. She only mentioned something quickly about using daily contacts and a prescription eye drops for my dry eyes, which she ONLY knew about because the tech told her. Next thing I knew she was out of the room and I had no idea she was not coming back. It was completely rushed and the least personable experience I’ve had in my 20 years of yearly eye exams. Also, this is the first time I’ve had the tech do my eye exam and not the doctor. Very displeased."
