"Lack of communication or evidently any effort from staff. Three days after bad drug reaction nothing from nurse, doctor. No alternative meds, no communication, despite calling once a day and callbacks promised. I am worse off than before visit. As they are the only urology specialist in town looks like I will be traveling to find a clinic that treats patients right. After reading other reviews I will add that the Dr. in question is Blalock and I agree with the other negative reviewers. Blalock seemed to just be going through the motions."

"Avoid these people at all costs. They did lithotripsy on me on a Friday morning and pushed me out the door after I peed so they could close at noon. Within an hour after leaving I had a blockage and had no choice but to go to the ER. This was the most hellish health care experience of my entire life. It took six hours of the worst pain imaginable to even get seen."

"Currently in the waiting room with about 50 other people .. The check in system for new patients is absurd. It allows for the “established” patients to get right in and out. While all new patients sit and wait for the very slow admin rep to check us in one by one. There is about 10 min between each new patient check in. She literally scanned my ID and insurance which took all of 30 seconds. This could have been done when I arrived, since there was literally no one at the desk when I arrived. So I arrived at 1:15 but didn’t get checked in until 2:00 for my 1:30 appointment. I’ve watched several established patients come right in and even complete their appointment while I’m still sitting here. Definitely would recommend clearing your entire day when planning to come here. It is very clear that they overbook their providers. It is absolutely ridiculous. There is also no sense of privacy here. They ask for all personal information right in front of the slew of people waiting. I’ve never seen anything like it. We are now an hour past the time of my appointment and still waiting."

"I was in severe pain in my right kidney. Since I had been to this group before, I called the office at 8:45, and they gave me a 10:30 appointment the same day. Dr. Ross ordered tests and spent quite a bit of time with me trying to determine my problem. He scheduled two more procedures for me. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of my doctor today."

"The staff at the checkin counter was friendly. The MA was nice and friendly. The lady that did my ultrasound was awesome and Dr. Ross was fantastic. He greeted me when he came into the room. He explained everything to me as well as listened to me as I talked. He didn’t rush and make me feel uncomfortable, he even made himself available if I needed him in the near future. I would recommend him to my worst enemy if I had to. Good doctors are hard to come by these days. They are in and out in the same minute, but not good ole Dr Ross. What really impressed me about this doctor was that he was patient, shook my hand on the way out and gave me a big hug.."
