"The receptionist was uncaring and seemed inconvenienced that we were there. I called before coming, and no one would answer the phone. We were sent away with no evaluation at all and told to go to the ER even though my son was very stable and not critical in any way. He was diagnosed with RSV 24 hours prior with his regular pediatrician, and I wanted to make sure his lungs still sounded alright and that he was still oxygenating alright. This evening his breathing was a little shorter and more rapid, but no medically trained personnel evaluated my child at all. We were told to leave by the receptionist with no compassion from anyone working there. The other parent with her child in the waiting room was the most compassionate person here, saying “I hope your son feels better soon” as we walked out the door. We will never return to this clinic, and I recommend you not come here unless it’s for the convenience of a simple scrape or runny nose after hours. And at that point, if that’s all you have, then you should wait to see your primary care physician the next day. I’m not sure what this place is for, because they were not helpful in any way to us. I never review places negatively, but this experience was highly upsetting. I am alarmed by the high rate of burnout and compassion fatigue in our healthcare profession."

"Very clean , organized , friendly stuff. Brought our 6 wk old baby in to get checked out with a few worries. Looked around all late afternoon on a Friday to take her to avoid going to an ER with a newborn. Glad we found this place."
