"I had an appointment with dr brown and she was very nice and scheduled me for a colonoscopy that would be done at the center there. That was almost a month ago and they just called me to tell me they aren’t in network. My appointment would’ve been on Monday?? I already had all the prerequisites done and everything. I waited a month in pain for no reason. Thank yall."

"Absolutely AWFUL. Doctor isn’t even here in the center and patients have been waiting since 9 this morning and it’s now 1:19. Nurses refuse to help and only offer sad excuses for the doctor. No care for patients, no urgency in treatment, and absolutely no compassion whatsoever. Do NOT go here. You won’t even be released after you’re told you’re recovered and ready to go because they are too lazy to release individual patients and wait to release multiple."

"My son recently had a procedure at the Memorial Surgery Center in Ocean Springs and we were happily treated with respect and the staff was extremely professional. His nurse went above and beyond to explain everything to him and treated him with so much kindness. The charge nurse contacted us over an issue and she handled the situation with a standard of professionalism that I haven’t seen in quite some time."

"Absolutely terrible experience. The nurses were nice enough, but my husband and I repeatedly informed billing that they were coding the wrong procedure, at the wrong facility, and charging for the wrong things. Now we have proof from our insurance company that MEMORIAL IS COMMITTING FRAUD. And they're doing it intentionally, telling us on the phone a completely different story than what EOBs and insurance is showing in writing. Do yourselves a favor and DONT GO TO MEMORIAL FOR ANYTHING!"

"Have been sitting to get discharged from having my moms colonoscopy procedure for over an hour now. The nurse said the dr will wait until 4 people get done, then discharge all at same time . Absolutely ridiculous. We are number 2 in line of discharge and 1 person behind us. The 4th one just came out of surgery so I’m guessing they have to let that person recover, before we get consulted... Had surgery appt at 9am, it is now 1pm ... we got in discharge chair at 12, and it is now 1:28 and the dr just now got to us to consult . 1:42 and still Waiting to leave ... the paper work says procedure could take up to an hour. Not 5 . Very very upset."
