"Experience with Washington was extremely underwhelming. He asked questions but spoke over us / didn’t listen to my sister’s reasoning for being there. An instance where he did allow her to complete a full sentence, prior to seeing x-rays or getting into her chart he says “if they (other doctors) couldn’t tell you what’s wrong with you, i probably can’t either”. It felt both lazy and insensitive. My very understanding, even tempered sister was fed up with his lack of interest in her condition very quickly and we left. I don’t know or care if we just caught him on a bad day or not but I just would not recommend this man unless you want to wait upwards of two hours only to be told that you can’t be helped by someone with an inconsiderate attitude."
